Caught Being Good...
Earn more books each week as a reward!

Exciting News – NRL to sponsor Caught Being Good in the Murdi Paaki in Term 1 2008.

The Caught Being Good reward incentive initative gives participating students an opportunity to earn new books each week throughout the term by being "Caught Being Good".

Students can be "Caught Being Good" if they do their homework, read their books at school and home, do something special for their school and / or environment, show an improvement in their grades, show respect towards their teacher and others and so on.

This award not only reinforces positive behaviour but places a value on books.

The number of Caught Being Good books a school will receive is based on a ratio of one book per 60 students, multiplied by the number of weeks in the term (10).

One lucky student each week will choose a book from the Caught Being Good library and receive a Caught Being Good Certificate.

The books and certificates are presented at the school's weekly assemblies, or a suitable time for the school.

Books in Homes Australia would like to hear from participating schools:

& Which students were “Caught Being Good”,

& Why these students were “Caught Being Good” &

& What books were chosen by each student

Please fax this information to (02) 9434 2490 or email info@booksinhomesaustralia.com.au

We hope our school enjoys this new recognition incentive and that many of your students are "Caught Being Good!"
