The Preschool Programme includes the following process each term (Term 1, 2 and 4):

    1. Nominate a Books in Homes Coordinator
Preschool Books in Homes Coordinator will be the main point of contact between the Preschool and Books in Homes. The coordinator will receive information, schedules and ordering information for the Preschool.

    2. Receive the Preview Pack
The Preview Pack includes 12 titles and book catalogues for each child. The Preview Pack is donated to your Preschool's library.

    3. Children choose their books
Each child receives a book catalogue with an order form on the back page. The children view the Preview Pack and mark on their order form the top four choices. The book catalogue is also accessible from the Book Catalogues section of the website.

    4. Completing the orders
The Preschool Books in Homes Coordinator records all children choices on an ordering spreadsheet, which is provided by Books in Homes Australia via email. The completed orders are then emailed back to Books in Homes Australia.

    5. Receiving the orders
Books in Homes will then process the orders. The chosen books, book bags and labels will be sent out.

    6. Prepare the books
Each book should be labelled with the children's name, and put into Book Bags ready to be handed out.

    7. Host a Book Giving Assembly
Host a Book Giving Assembly to distribute the books!
